Machine tool structure and performance characteristics

  1. The rack is made of Q235 steel plate welded as a whole, with thick material and strong rigidity, resulting in better overall stress conditions. Thickened welding at the throat to ensure that the stressed area does not deform during operation.
  2. After welding, high-temperature   annealing treatment and surface shot blasting treatment are carried out to completely eliminate the internal stress generated during welding and ensure that there is no deformation after processing. Ensure long-term stability of the rack.
  3. The frame is processed as a whole using a large CNC floor boring and milling machining center, with one clamping to fully ensure the parallelism and perpendicularity of each installation surface.

5. The machine tool comes with a set of standard molds, which are divided into two parts: the upper mold and the lower mold. Produced by a well-known domestic mold manufacturer.Precision processing, long-lasting durability.
